Global Compact
The Global Compact is an initiative led by the United Nations that aims to promote corporate social responsibility and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.. Rede Brasil is the national platform of the Global Compact in Brazil, which brings together companies, governments, civil society organizations and other institutions interested in promoting social responsibility and sustainability. Being associated with the Global Compact (Rede Brasil) is important because it allows companies to share experiences and good practices in social responsibility and sustainability with other companies and institutions.

Sustainability Committee
The Sustainability Committee is an internal structure at Fênix DTVM responsible for promoting sustainability and ensuring that it is aligned with the company's goals and objectives. It is composed of representatives from different corporate areas. The Committee is important because it assists in making strategic decisions related to sustainability and promotes the company's social and environmental responsibility.
